Diarrhea: fry 2-3 teaspoons cumin seeds and grind them finely. Add a pinch each of ginger, cinnamon and pepper. Mix them in a cup of yogurt. Eat twice a day.
- Mix a teaspoon of cumin, ginger, cinnamon and honey. Eat half a teaspoon each, three times a day.
Digestive problems: boil a teaspoon of cumin in a cup of water. Add a teaspoon of coriander juice and salt to taste. Drink a few days before meals.
Tiredness: make a mixture of half a teaspoon of cumin, coriander, pepper and lentils. Simmer least a cup of water, add salt and drink.
Flatulence: Mix equal amounts of ground cumin seeds, pepper and ginger. Make infusion. Drink hot tea twice a day, several days in a row.
