5 Simple Ways To Detox The Body

In recent times, though people put more value than ever on health, food paradoxically became more "unhealthy". Because of unhealthy preservatives, pesticides and chemicals used to accelerate their growth. Next they add, in many cases, a diet guaranteed disordered negative results on the body.

But food is not only that intercept harmful chemicals, beverages, body care products, home cleaning agents being both a major influencing factor. In this framework, detoxify the body no longer appears as a fad, and after two decades or more, but as a daily necessity on which our entire existence.

The concept of "detoxification" defines itself not as deprivation of food, starvation. And this does nothing to induce a state of lethargy and irritability that no benefit. Detoxification is more and may even become a pleasure for who knows how to get her advantage. Its purpose is to focus on the nutritional needs of the body and helps eliminate toxins. Below we present some methods daily, simple and inexpensive detoxification:

1. Enjoy a cup of warm water mixed with juice squeezed from half a lemon. Do this in the morning when you wake up early in the morning and you will be grateful digestive system.

2. Replace your morning coffee with a cup of green tea. A little caffeine does not hurt, with the only condition to be consumed only occasionally.

Start with a hot shower, comfortable, lasting about 10 seconds, then switch to water cooler and back to hot water. Repeat as many times as you like.

5. Immerse yourself in a detoxification bath for 20-30 minutes. Throw a handful of freshly grated ginger or chopped in a bathtub, then fill it with hot water. Ginger stimulates sweat glands and sweat as it is known is a fundamental way to eliminate toxins. Cider vinegar guarantees similar results. Drink plenty of water while bathing and after you exit to keep your body hydrated.
