Insomnia - Recommended Natural Treatmnent

    Anise - 2 teaspoon ground anise seeds boiled in 250 ml milk. Strain and drink sweetened with honey and lime, 2 hours before bedtime.
   Mixtures of tea - mix equal parts of the following teas: hawthorn blossom, lime blossom, sole gang, marjoram. They are used to infuse 2 tablespoons of mixture per cup of boiling water. Drink 2-3 cups per day.
    Fir - as a natural treatment for insomnia can be used and fir branches. Take a few fir branches and put in a vase with water in the bedroom near the bed.
   Onion's - take an onion peel, wash and boil in a cup of milk. Strain and sweeten with honey and lime. Drink before bedtime.
    Hops - Put 2 tablespoons of hop shoots in a glass of boiling water, leave to infuse for 4 hours. Strain and drink the evening before bedtime.
    Lavender - is consumed as an infusion (a teaspoon of herb for hot water 200 ml), 1-2 cups per day. Or, before bed, over 100 grams of lavender flowers pour 2 liters of hot water. Cover and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. The infusion strain and put in the bath water.
    Dill - for insomnia bedtime drink a DeCoteau made from a teaspoon of dill seeds in 200 ml water.
    Hawthorn - can be used as a tincture: 10-15 drops 3 times daily, or as an infusion: pour over a teaspoon herb 200 ml boiling water and leave to infuse covered 10 to 15 minutes.
    "Cushion" plant - in a canvas bag introduce: pine needles, bay leaf, chamomile flowers, lavender, lime and mint leaves. The bag binds and placed on the pillow on which you sleep tonight, in front of the nose.
    Lettuce - is effective to combat insomnia. It can use the form DeCoteau, or consumed as a salad with a little olive oil, evening before bedtime.
    Lavender essential oil - one cup of milk + 10 drops of lavender essential oil is poured into the bath water, or on a handkerchief to drop less essential oil and place on the pillow sleeping.
    Valerian - can be used as a tincture: 15-20 drops 3 times daily, or as infusion: over a teaspoon valerian root pour 200 ml boiling water and leave to infuse covered 10 to 15 minutes.
